The Chapel Theatre and Chapel Recording present Robert Weine's 1920 silent horror masterpiece "The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari". This film is widely considered the first horror movie ever made. It contains incredible performances, mind bending set pieces, and highly stylized visuals. We will be showing the film with an original score performed live by Brian Vierra (Guitar, Percussion), Barry Brusseau (Guitar), Steven Sandberg (Piano, Percussion) , Adam Sullivan (accordion), and Brandi Starbird (Viola). In addition, TripTheDark Dance Company will be providing dance and movement to the strange sonic scape of music. This is a one night only event with limited seating.
